The pilates booking system displays the workout type, time, instructor, and available spots. For reformer, a spot means a free machine, so you set capacity according to the equipment. For mat Pilates, you adjust spots based on the hall's area, and for an individual session, you set one spot. From the admin panel, you manage bookings, cancellations, and attendance. Email confirmations and a reminder two hours before the workout are included in the base package.
Group training with clear instructor
Distinguish reformer from mat Pilates, indicate level and duration. The client chooses a suitable class and sees who is leading it.
Management of bookings and attendance
Booked and cancelled classes are in the general schedule. Mark attendance and view reservation history from the client profile.

You fill in the demo request details.
Name, email, and type of activity are required. You can add a website and preferred subscription, but it is not mandatory. Choosing a plan is not an order.
We set up the system for your activity.
The BookSys team prepares the demonstration with appropriate services, durations, specialists, and capacity. After the setup, you receive access credentials at the provided email address.
You test for 30 days and decide.
Test the schedule, online booking, and reservation management. After the test, you choose whether to continue with a paid plan. The request does not automatically activate a subscription, and additional modules are determined separately.
You can review and edit your details before sending. After your request, we will contact you to set up the trial.
